Giraux Exchange and Return Policies
Due to the nature of our jewelry offerings, and the fact that many of our products are made in house by our small workshop, in general -All sales are final.
However, to be fair and mitigate instances where clients are not happy with their purchases, we set a basic guideline below:
INSTORE PURCHASES-
Instore purchases are defined as purchases initiated through interaction with our sales staff or visiting our physical store located in the San Francisco GiftCenter & JewelryMart.
Due to the nature of an in-store experience, our exchange or return policy is limited to the following:
All items that are in stock and not altered in any way through sizing, setting, or modifications of any kind can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase. Purchase date is defined as the date the item was paid for in full, or the date it was picked up. The item(s) must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear and tear.
This does not apply to Special Orders.
Special orders (also described as custom orders) are items which were delivered based on your specific requirements and/ or instructions. This may be but not limited to loose diamonds or gemstones, or any other finished or unfinished jewelry item.
Any deviation from this policy will be made at the sole discretion of the store manager and may include a restocking fee which will be explained at the time of the return. In most cases, we will try to be fair to the client and our company.
Our standard company policy as noted on our sales receipts and/or job tickets is -All sales are final.
ONLINE PURCHASES-
Online purchases are defined as purchases initiated or completed using our website, located at www.giraux.com.
Due to the nature of an online shopping experience, our return policy is as follows:
All items purchased through our website, with the exception of special or custom orders (see previous definition), may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a refund or return, the item(s) must be returned as follows:

If you received the item with a tag, the tag must be unaltered and present on the item. *

Item(s) must be inspected and free from damage or alterations.

A return authorization must be given.

Items must be safely shipped or returned in person.

Shipping instructions must be followed.
