We sell only natural stones. Every diamond and gemstone is guaranteed authentic and exactly as described: its grades and its measurements. Our gemologists verify each stone against its listing before it ships, and if anything does not match its description, we make it right.

Many of our stones also carry an independent grading report. When we certify a stone ourselves, we certify with GIA. If a stone is certified, the report is noted on its product page and accompanies your purchase.

Our diamonds are natural, conflict-free, and purchased through suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process. Our colored gemstones come from partners committed to ethical mining and transparent supply chains.

Every stone is hand-selected by our master gemologists. We examine far more stones than we accept.

Each piece is made to be worn for generations and finished to exacting standards: settings are checked, prongs seated, and surfaces polished before the piece leaves our workshop. Every item passes a final quality inspection before it ships.

Every order ships fully insured with signature required, from our showroom to your door. Your piece is covered for its full value while in transit, and tracking is provided the moment it leaves us.

Every order arrives gift-ready in signature Giraux packaging at no charge: a presentation box, protective outer packaging, and any included certificates and documentation presented with care.
