I wanted to let you know that I have been buying jewelry from Giraux since 1995 when I was introduced to your store and to Jasmine by a friend while looking for an engagement ring for my then fiancé. We’ve now been married about 14 years and today I bought a beautiful set of 2 ct TW diamond stud earrings from Jasmine. Over the years, we have upgraded the diamond in her ring set, I have bought her other earrings, and a few years ago, a diamond pendant. All from Giraux, and always working with Jasmine.
In this day of internet everything, I wanted to express to you how refreshing and great it is to come into your store and have the opportunity to work with Jasmine repeatedly over a 16 year period. She’s knowledgeable (over the years she’s spent time with me and a 10X loop teaching me the basics of diamonds) friendly, and most importantly, I trust her judgment implicitly after all this time. There are very few stores in the world I can say that about, and even fewer sales personnel that are able to generate that kind of trust and confidence in me.
I keep coming back to Giraux because of Jasmine, and thought it was time I let you know of my history of great experiences with her, and in turn, Giraux. I know Emma isn't in today, being Wednesday, but I thought I would advise you that my parcel arrived today, earlier than expected, and the ring is more beautiful than I could have ever anticipated. Buying something that someone else is creating is always a tricky proposition, but all of your staff, especially Emma, put me so at ease (even during my minor nervous breakdown) that I had no problem leaving my stones and your ideas in your capable hands. I thoroughly enjoyed the remainder of my vacation and never gave a second thought to what was to become my ring. I was so thrilled with my wedding ring (as was everyone else throughout my vacation and the baby shower) I figured the three to four weeks that I expected my ring to take would be like waiting for Christmas! Well, imagine my surprise when I arrived home and Emma called the very next day to say she would ship my ring and I would have it today!
Your company has far surpassed my expectations in creativity, patience, service, knowledge, and just plain old "goodwill." I came to Giraux because of my sister's fabulous recommendation, but it is nothing compared to what I personally experienced on my visit to your facility. I came to California for the baby shower but my husband accompanied me on this vacation to specifically purchase a ring. No other family member (besides the grandmother of the future babies - Donna) brought their husbands. We specifically scheduled this trip to visit your showroom and purchase a new wedding ring for myself. Little did I know that I would be so happy and that my purchase would be such a spectacular setting, far superior to anything I could have gotten locally in Tampa. The quality and value in addition to the wonderful caring staff made my purchase such a joy.
